Email info@septichow.com with questions about our website, guides or calculators. You can also share suggestions for making our septic tank information clearer and easier to use.
Reporting a guide or calculator issue
Include the page URL, the statement or result you are asking about and any relevant public source. For a calculator issue, provide sample inputs and the result you expected. Please avoid sending home addresses, permit numbers or unredacted private records.
Partnerships and website inquiries
Use the same email for website-related inquiries. A clear subject line and a short description of your request help us understand what you need.
Help with a current septic problem
For an alarm, sewage backup or suspected wastewater surfacing, contact a local septic service provider promptly. Our problems guide and troubleshooter can help you organize what to tell them.
